NDEIT: Turning Social Media Into Student Demand

How we helped NDEIT grow from approximately 4,000 to 11,000+ followers while generating nearly 1 million in video reach.

The brief

Sell the opportunity, not just the course.

When Non-Destructive Testing Institute of Trinidad (NDEIT) partnered with us, they weren’t simply looking for more followers.

They had a specialized service to market: professional training designed to help students and aspiring professionals build a pathway into the Non-Destructive Testing, energy, oil & gas and industrial sectors.

The challenge was making a highly specialized service understandable, relevant and exciting to a younger audience — particularly students coming directly out of CSEC who were beginning to think about their future careers.

Our strategy was built around one principle:

Don’t just sell the course. Sell the opportunity that the course creates.

The transformation

A visible shift in demand.

Profile snapshots supplied by iViral show the change from the beginning of the partnership to August 2026.

The strategy

Move people through the decision.

NDEIT isn’t selling a product that someone can simply add to a cart.

They’re selling education, qualifications and a potential career pathway.

That changes how the marketing needs to work.

A student may not wake up knowing what Non-Destructive Testing is.

They may not know what opportunities exist in the energy sector.

They may not understand which qualifications they need.

And they may not immediately understand why spending $3,000–$6,000 on specialized training could be valuable to their future.

So instead of immediately asking them to buy, we created content that moved them through the decision-making process.

01 — Entertainment & skits

Make the industry relatable.

One of the ways we introduced NDEIT to a younger audience was through skits and entertainment-driven content.

Rather than making every video feel like an advertisement, we used relatable situations, humor and recognizable student experiences to capture attention.

The purpose wasn’t entertainment for entertainment’s sake.

It was attention acquisition.

Why this worked

People don’t always search for the service they eventually buy.

Sometimes, you have to introduce them to the opportunity first.

The skits allowed NDEIT to reach people who may never have searched for “NDT courses” but were still potential students.

02 — Educational content

Turn attention into understanding.

Once we had their attention, we needed to answer the next question:

“What exactly is NDT?”

We created educational content designed to break down the industry and make a specialized field easier for the average person — especially a student — to understand.

Why this worked

This is where entertainment became marketing.

The audience that discovered NDEIT through an entertaining video could now learn:

“Wait… this is actually a career I can pursue.”

We weren’t simply generating views.

We were building awareness around a service the audience may not have known existed.

03 — Testimonials & social proof

Let the students sell the experience.

For a service-based business, trust is critical.

A student isn’t simply buying a physical product.

They’re investing thousands of dollars into their education and future.

That’s why testimonials and student experiences became an important part of the content strategy.

Why this worked

There’s a major difference between a company saying:

“Our courses are valuable.”

and a student saying:

“This is what I experienced.”

Testimonials reduce uncertainty.

They show potential students that real people have already taken the step they’re considering.

04 — The offer

Context before conversion.

Once the audience understands the opportunity, we can introduce the product.

NDEIT offers courses ranging from approximately $3,000–$6,000 TTD.

At that price point, the audience needs more than a promotional post telling them:

“Register now.”

They need context.

What is this?

Why does it matter?

Is this right for me?

What can this qualification help me pursue?

Why should I choose NDEIT?

Our content strategy was designed to answer those questions before asking the audience to make a purchasing decision.

The result

Attention Became Demand.

From approximately 4,000 followers in May 2026 to 11,000+ followers by August 2026.

From individual videos to 500K+ reach and nearly 1M total video reach.

And most importantly, NDEIT reported that its classes were sold out from July through November 2026.

Reported outcome

Entertainment → Education → Trust → Conversion

The supplied profile snapshots document the follower-count change. Supporting platform analytics and course-availability evidence can be added where available.

From attention to demand

Content that helps people choose.

In just a few months, NDEIT grew from 4K → 11K+ followers, generating 500K+ reach and nearly 1M video reach.

More importantly, their classes were reported sold out through November 2026.

The strategy was simple:

Entertainment → Education → Trust → Conversion
